Many times we go to a motivational seminar or training, or read a motivational book and feel great! We feel determined to make changes and implement those new strategies. However, human nature soon kicks in and maybe we hit a roadblock or two, and that excitement wears off. This 6 week group coaching mastery is meant to help you gain the skills, clarity and discipline along with the support to really make lasting changes and have the commitment to do so.
